Group pilates classes

Group matwork classes usually run as six, seven or eight week blocks following the school term with similar breaks for half term and holidays.

Classes are taught in small groups of no more than twelve people. Most classes have 6-10 people. The environment is supportive and non-competitive where clients can develop at their own pace.

Private classes are also available upon request.

11:50 -12:50 Healthy Backs and Bones - suitable for anyone but especially those with low bone density such as osteopenia and osteoporosis or back disc problems. Class size limited to 6 people.

With only six people in these specialist classes, I can keep ensure you are working to achieve the most benefit from your sessions.

13:30 - 14:30 Healthy Bones - pilates for osteoporosis and osteopenia class

Many of the 'classical' pilates and yoga exercises are not suitable for people with low bone density. This class is suitable for anyone, and especially suitable for those with reduced bone density.

9:30 - 10:30 Improver/ intermediate class - a flowing faster paced class suitable for improvers and intermediates.

10:45 - 11:45 Fundamentals class - suitable for complete beginners or those that prefer a slower paced class.
